Experienced at interfacing with organizations from working with subject matter experts, advocating for capital investment, building teams, interfacing users.
- Managed projects that deployed globally, business analytics solutions for both internal and external consumption.
- Subject matter expert for IBM Business Partner portal, “Partner World” for 15+ years. Responsible developing portal to pass revenue detail, opportunities, and customer sales integrating IBM & Distributors systems.
- Global project manager building & training remote teams across multiple continents and business entities.
- Full stack application development programmer for client projects across multiple technologies and languages.
- Developed for Berkshire a proprietary data integration methodology, which IBM acquired in a Technology Transfer Sale in 2020.
Early Years: Mya's a former national ski team member, having raced for the U.S. Ski Team for 7 years back in the late 80's and early 90's. She started working with computers while recovering from a training accident. While taking time off she built some of the first websites for ski area's in the region. Like ski racing, Mya recognized that computers & systems are much like ski racing gear, when applied properly with expert skills & precision they have the potential to expand our abilities exponentially.
Today: Present, Mya works from her home office centrally located in Dubuque, IA. When not coding or working with customers, she enjoys family time with her partner Liz, along with their five children. The family enjoys outdoor activities including Mountain Biking, Hiking, Rock Climbing, and Sailing their 17' NACRA on the Great Lakes. Kelly has been working with Berkshire since 2013. Prior Kelly managed the Business Partner Channels team inside of IBM.
CL Payne
Systems & Data Services
CL has worked for Berkshire since retiring from IBM in 2014. CL worked for IBM over 30 years. Today he continues to provide managed services support to IBM. CL has been instrumental in the implementation and long-term up keep of analytics applications built by Berkshire operating inside of IBM.
Today: When CL isn't working on systems he manages his family farm in Missouri.
